Each advert may be
used to sell only the dress shown in the advert.

Please ensure that
any images used in the advert are used with the agreement
of the copyright holder. Images taken from magazines or web
sites may only be used with the permission of the magazine
or web site.
Privately owned images may be used without restriction.
In those cases where advertisers wish to have their anonymity
preserved by blurring faces or features, The Dressmarket will
be happy to edit privately owned photographs sent to us by
e-mail at no extra charge.

Commercial replies
to advertisers may not be made without subscribing to a commercial
package.

Any attempt to sell
multiple dresses in one advert, or any misuse of our site
and services, will result in the advert being removed and
no refund shall be given. |

An advert purchase
can be refunded only until the advert is placed. Once the
advert is placed on the site, no refund cna be given. |

| 6 |
Any refund made will be liable
to a 10% deduction for administration charges. |
